Simply put, different groups meet at different times. Please see the brief information on this page and contact the Church office with any questions. Any of the members of these groups would be glad to answer your questions and invite you to join them.

United Methodist Women at MVUMC

A Christ Focused Ministry

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the Church.

We have several social activities which may be of interest to you. These include

Angels In Action which meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and is led by Sylvia Van Tyle.

Stitch–N–Chatter which meets the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8:30 a.m. and is led by Cindy Thorne.

Readers Anonymous which meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. and is led by Cheri Harwood.

Connect The Tots which meets every Friday at various locations. Mothers choose a location where their children can play together and the mothers get some time together. For more information please contact Allison McCord or MacKenzie Arnold.
