Family Ministries

Mountain View United Methodist Church offers a variety of formal and informal ministries for families. Our church staff works closely with church members to create classes, events and gatherings that promote family unity and spiritual growth in a fun and relaxed environment.

Wednesday Night Activities

Our most popular family ministry is our informal WOW (monthly On Wednesday's) gathering in our Fellowship Hall. We invite you to join us at 6:00 p.m. on any Wednesday for a home cooked meal, great fellowship, and prayer followed by small group sessions. The menu varies each week but the inviting atmosphere stays the same! We have classes for all ages and stages in your walk with Jesus. Meals are $5 for adults, $3 for children, with a family maximum of $20.

Other Considerations

Families may also be interested in joining various small groups for age appropriate learning for subjects that can be discussed at home for family time that promotes unity and cohesiveness in the spiritual growth of every family member.
