Bill is a native Georgian who grew up in the Methodist church, and has studied and graduated from Young Harris College, the University of Georgia, and Candler School of Theology. Bill answered God’s call into the ministry in 1990 while working as Youth Director at Villa Rica UMC. He has served churches in Carrollton, Atlanta, Cumming and Augusta before coming to Cobb County. Tracie lives in Cherokee County with her husband, Kent, and children, Montana and Charlie. Tracie is working with youth, and children at Mountain View, with a focus on outreach and education. Dan Nail, Music Minister
Dennis Casey, Contemporary Worship Leader
Over 30 years of experience in Christian music and worship, including large choral groups as well as small vocal ensembles and brass instrumental groups. For Dennis, ministry enthusiasm breeds participation and encourages growth. Along with his talent and gifts comes the support and gifts of his family, especially his two sons, who share in the HIS ministry as well as musical ministry at Mountain View. His philosophy regarding worship is to “set the table” for the message to be presented. Setting the table refers to comingling “all” aspects of praise and worship, including audio, visuals, vocals, instrumental, as well as coordination and planning around the centerpiece of the sermon. When the preparation is done thoroughly, usually, the right things follow.
